A typographical animation of Stephen Fry’s inspiring post, Don’t Mind Your Language, via Language Log.
I must admit I am a bit of a grammar nazi when it comes to my native tongue, but I agree with Mr. Fry in that context, convention and circumstance are more important than the difference of “right or wrong”.
Also, even though I am merely an intruder in English language, I’ve grown very fond of it, and to hear someone use it as beautifully and expressively as Stephen Fry… instant audiogasm!
